Established in 1989, the George Martin Group has focused on creating unique restaurant experiences that are on the cutting edge, delivering artful, ambitious cuisine.

George Martin Group, a multi-concept restaurant group, owns and operates four restaurants on the south shore of Long Island. The flagship restaurant, George Martin the Original, an award winning American Bistro, is located in Rockville Centre. Grillfire, a popular priced, casual, upscale American grill featuring an eclectic variety of steaks, chops, seafood, salads, and burgers, currently has two New York locations in Merrick and Rockville Centre.

Strip Steak, located in Great River, NY in Suffolk County, recently celebrated its first anniversary. Strip Steak appeals to those discerning diners who appreciate a true upscale steakhouse experience. The Grillfire Brand has continued to grow with the opening of Grillfire in the Hotel At Arundel Preserve in Hanover, Maryland this past August.
